The thing is I really love wearing knee-high socks. But now when it’s more than 30 degrees Celsius out my legs literally burn! I want to wear my knee-high socks again!!!
So I was just thinking like you know how some artists/bands/photographers etc. has their official websites as tumblr page. (Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, I love both of them to bits, well they are one of those people who has their site as a tumblr page) Recently did my favourite band/my good friends aka the British band Scouting for Girls turn their website into a tumblr website page thing so they could write more personal updates on their website which I understand I band would like to do so the can keep having a good relationship with their fans. But here is the thing I’ve been thinking of; why does the fan of ‘the person’ (let’s call the artist/band/what ever ‘the person’) create a tumblr when ‘the person’ still will post the exact same update on both Facebook and twitter? Does the fan expect ‘the person’ to follow or reblog the fan?
I’ve been follow some musicians on here quite a while now and I don’t think I’ve ever seen them reblog anything.
And the whole reason why I created my tumblr all those years ago was probably because I wanted to show what I think is beautiful, inspiring and funny not to hope that one day I might get a follow by ‘the person’!
